"If I could give zero stars I would. This local office is toxic. The joint owner of my home no longer lives here. He tried to open his own policy in just his name even though I pay home insurance through their Lorain office but included the other owner. When the other party became violent the police were involved. The other owner threatened to burn the house down in the presence of police and a neighbor. He left the home at the beginning of February after his mug shot was posted. This office laughed at the domestic violence... even the inspector at my door was mortified. The conversation is recorded on my cameras. Truly disgusting."
